REGISTRATION FOR LOCK-IN SESSIONS
The EARLYBIRD fee is $185.00 per session. A session consists of (4) 10 hour lock-ins. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 must accompany your application with the balance payable in full at least 5 days prior to the start of your session. Your initial $50 payment will reserve your slot. Enrollment is limited to assure each athlete receives maximum instruction and counseling. Since applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, early registration is urged.
Attendees will also receive transportation from designated areas to and from the lock-in facility. Attendees have the choice to meet at the lock-in facility if they decline USA Sports Clinics transportation or if they have missed the pre-arranged drop off time.
After your down payment has been received/ clearer and upon receipt of the signed USA Sports Clinics application and completed sports health information form, attendees will receive their personalized uniform which is to be worn to every lock-in session.
Food and beverages will be provided to every attendee at all lock-in events. It is permissible for attendees bring snacks as well.
Trophies will be provided to all attendees during our ceremony during the last (4th) session.
Professional photos are scheduled during the 3rd session, but is subject to change. Photos will be taken prior to the start of the lock-in and delivered to the attendee during the last session.
It is very important that your athlete gets the appropriate rest hours leading up to the lock-in events to ensure their stamina and ability to perform/ function. Sleeping areas are not available, however attendees are allowed to recoup/ rest as often as needed.
